Attend a 1-2-1 onboarding screening session, where you'll have the chance to ask any questions, and discuss your previous and current training and lifestyle.

Here’s Some FAQ
How do the sessions work?
After your initial screening session, you’ll receive your own training plan. After a warm-up, you’ll start your workout, followed by a cool-down and stretch. Each session runs for 50-60 minutes.
How do I book in?
You’ll book in with me, your coach, usually at the end of each session. This also gives you the opportunity to ask me any questions.
What if I’m a beginner with no training experience?
My personal training approach is designed to build you up from the ground level, leaving no stone unturned. I work with complete beginners to advanced athletes, and my approach is suitable for all abilities.
What happens at the end of the trial?
At the end of your 8 sessions (21 days), we’ll sit down and discuss your experience. I’ll share my training packages, and we’ll decide what works best for you and your lifestyle. If you decide to continue, you’ll become a valued member of the team and will be warmly welcomed. If it’s not for you, no worries—there’s no hard sell. I’ll thank you for your time, and we’ll part ways on good terms.
